Kevin is the visualization and analytics program manager for NetApp's world-class Technical Support Center. He joined NetApp in 2014, after being a part of the Tableau journey at Cisco for four years and has a combined 16 years in delivery business insights through reporting and visualization. During those 16 years he has worked his way from the back-end (ETL, data scrubbing, data warehousing) to the front-end (Tableau and "other business intelligence (BI) tools) having worked on IT & BI teams, as a consultant, as a software trainer, and now as a business consumer. Kevin is a graduate of The University of North Carolina at Wilmington, where he studied "Business Systems” (now referred to as IT). Additionally, Kevin has been a guest speaker for several visualization and analytics events in the Research Triangle Park area and serves as Chairman of Wake Technical Community College's Business Analytics Program Advisory Board, the only Associate Degree of its kind. In addition to his passion for visualization and Tableau, Kevin fills the remaining minutes of his days loving and learning from his one and a half year old twin daughters, Kennedy & Kaselyleigh.
